Knitting

In Los Angeles we have sister companies that conduct the knitting for our production process. We also use other local knitters in Los Angeles based on their strengths like fabric construction and yarn specifications. This is all done to deliver high quality fabrics that are used for our production of garments. By having a selection of knitter available, Golden Green almost has not limit to its knitting capacity and also its knitter sustain the quality our customers seek.

Dyeing and Finishing

The Dyeing and Finishing of our goods is an essential component to our production process. This stage is conducted by a series of dye houses in the Los Angeles area, the section of dye houses is based upon the fabrication, construction and contents of the fabric. We ensure that our goods are proceed by the dye house that adds quality to what we produce.

Cut and Sew

Our main factory which is located in Los Angeles is an essential facility to our production process. The factory has the ability to produce about 400,00 pieces per month. The factory is fully compliance approved and has full quality control integration throughout its operations of cutting to sewing and finishing. As Golden Green continues to experience growth it will continue to work on expanding it main factories capacity and functions.

Golden Green also works with several fully complied sub-contractors in the Los Angeles area that are at our disposal to take on excess capacity.

Garment Embellishment

Due to the demand of embellishments on styles, Golden Green has a selection of garment embellishment options for bulk production such as screen printing, stoning, garment dyeing, embroidery and etc. All of these factors are in synchronized with our production operations in Los Angeles from a selection of vendors.

Shipping

Our Production from Mexico and Guatemala is received by our Shipping Department in our Los Angeles Factory. This is where prepare the goods and ship them to our customers ensure there is no problem with the production.

Currently our Los Angeles Factory is our main location for the shipment of goods to our customers. Our shipping department ensures that packing methods are met and carton labeling is sent properly in order to avoid any issues at customers Distribution Center. Our shipping department also has the ability to abide by customer routing standards and follow shipping protocols. Golden Green prides itself in shipping to our customers in a timely manner along with delivering quality in the process.

Mexico

Sewing

Aside from domestic operations we conduct sewing production in Ensenada Mexico. Our Mexico Production is part of the 807 program where fabric and cut pieces are produced in USA and sewing assembly is done in our Mexico Factories. After assembly is done the goods are shipped back to our Los Angeles Factory to be prepared and shipped to our customers. We have quality control team that oversee the quality of the factories in Mexico to ensure production meets our quality standards. This is a viable option for our customer who consider lead time and price point for production.

Guatemala

Vertical Production

In Guatemala Operations we have the ability to start the production process of a garment from the fabric-knitting stage, to Dying and Finished and processed to cut & sew resulting in finished garments. Golden Green controls and manages our Vertical Production with our Quality Control Team based in Guatemala, they check on each process of production daily to ensure each stage is meeting our customers quality standards. By having a Vertical Production allows Golden Green to be flexible and allow us to offer the flexibility to choose a series of production solutions for our customers from either producing in USA or Guatemala

Cut and Sew

Since our Guatemala Vertical Production may be limited from the selection of fabrication that can be produced we also offer our customers Cut & Sew in Guatemala. Essentially we this type of production program we produce all fabrics in USA and then sent to our Guatemala factory. This type of program has its benefits from regulations and non-taxable goods through NAFTA. Our Guatemala managed factory operate with 360 sewing machines allow it to produce about 600,000 to 800,000 pieces per month. Our sewing factory is also overseen and controlled by our Quality Control team since Golden Green values the quality we deliver to our customers.

Shipping

Our Guatemala Factory has various options for shipping the production to our customers. Production can be either shipped to our Los Angeles Warehouse and then sent to our customer via their domestic routing. Another option is customer can pick-up from our Guatemala Factory via their international routing. Either shipping option is available for our customer, we will accommodate to make the easier possible solution.
